# How To Make It:
- Arrange 8 clear cups with 6 to 8 ounce capacity on a level work surface.
- Dissolve red gelatin in 1 cup boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved. Add 1/2 cup cold water and stir to combine. Divide mixture evenly between cups using approximately 2 tablespoons per cup.
- Place cups in refrigerator at a slight angle using a muffin tin as support. Chill for 45 to 60 minutes until the layer is completely set.
- Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water in a clean bowl and allow to bloom for 5 minutes. Pour 1/2 cup boiling water over the gelatin mixture and stir until fully dissolved. Add 1 cup sweetened condensed milk and stir until incorporated.
- Allow white layer mixture to cool to room temperature before proceeding to next step.
- Once red layer is fully set, gently pour white layer mixture over red layer using approximately 2 tablespoons per cup. Position cups upright and refrigerate for 45 to 60 minutes until firm.
- Dissolve blue gelatin in 1 cup boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved. Add 1/2 cup cold water and stir to combine. Allow to cool to room temperature.
- Once white layer is completely firm, gently pour blue gelatin mixture over white layer using approximately 2 tablespoons per cup. Refrigerate upright for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
- Before serving, top each cup with whipped cream and fresh blueberries and strawberries if desired.
