# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The homemade Caesar dressing comes together in under two minutes and tastes infinitely better than anything from a bottle
  • Everything can be prepped ahead, making these perfect for grab-and-go lunches or weeknight dinners
  • You get that satisfying crunch and creamy combination without the heavy feeling of traditional restaurant portions
02 -
  • Slicing the chicken against the grain makes a huge difference in texture, so look for the muscle fibers running in one direction and cut perpendicular to them
  • The tortilla must be warm or it will crack along the fold line, so do not skip this step even if you are in a hurry
  • Do not overdress the lettuce or the bottom of your wrap will become soggy within minutes
03 -
  • Toasting the tortillas adds an extra layer of flavor and creates a barrier against moisture
  • Add a handful of homemade croutons right before rolling for the most satisfying crunch
