Three-ingredient s'mores dip baked in a cast iron skillet; warm, gooey, and perfect for 4th of July sharing.
# How To Make It:
01 - Set oven to 375°F and position a rack in the center.
02 - Evenly spread 2 cups of milk chocolate chips across the base of a dry 9-inch cast iron skillet in a single layer.
03 - Place 2 cups of large marshmallows over the chocolate in a single, snug layer so they touch one another.
04 - Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake 8–10 minutes, watching closely until marshmallows are puffed and golden brown on top.
05 - Remove the skillet from the oven and allow it to cool 2–3 minutes to stabilize the filling before serving.
06 - Serve warm, using broken graham cracker pieces to scoop the gooey chocolate and toasted marshmallow.
